Pompeii Guided Tours is an independent travel guide. This page explains how we research Pompeii information, choose booking options, and correct errors when we find them.

We publish practical planning information for Pompeii Archaeological Park and related tours. We are not the official website, do not operate the site or tours, and do not sell or process bookings.
How we check information
We use the strongest source for each type of fact. For site access, entrances, rules and visitor information, we rely on attraction and relevant transport authority information.
- For tour prices, ratings, review counts, availability and inclusions, we use GetYourGuide product data.
- When product data conflicts with attraction rules, attraction rules take priority for visiting the site.
- When details may change, we keep wording cautious and ask you to confirm them when booking.
How we choose and order products
We select options that help travellers compare entry tickets, guided tours, special-access areas, transport, duration and nearby combinations. We look for clear inclusions and useful traveller feedback.
Commission does not decide product order. Affiliate income never buys a higher placement, a better description, or the removal of relevant limits.
Prices, ratings and reviews
Prices shown on our pages are starting points, not promises. They can change by date, availability, ticket type and supplier settings.
Ratings and review counts also change. We use reviews as evidence of recurring strengths or problems, rather than selecting individual quotes to make a product look better.
